We run Group Sessions where we work together with the players and the coaches to help to prepare their teams for the season, or upcoming tournaments.

INDIVIDUAL TECHNICAL
COACHING
Are you wanting to improve your technical skills and become a better hockey player?
Join me for some one-on-one coaching where we can spend some time
focusing on technical habits like: hitting the ball correctly, passing, stopping,
tackling and all other aspects that can take you to the next level.

R250 per player for a two hour workshop + petrol costs if outside of Cape Town
This would include handouts and activities.
TEAM MENTAL
PREPARATION
Are you struggling to get the most out of your players?
Let’s get together to run a Workshop where we will focus on things like: setting
team goals; mental preparation for big games; staying motivated; and putting
the team ethos before individual goals.

ACCREDITATION COURSES
Are you looking to become an accredited coach?
I am accredited by the South African Hockey Association to facilitate and run National Level 0 (4 hour) and National Level 1 (8
hour) Courses which can be offered at your school. Level 2 Courses are by invitation only and are run in Cape Town and other major
centres.

1.5 - 2 hour session:
R350/coach (1-10 coaches)
R270/coach (10+ coaches)
3 hour session:
R450/coach (minimum 10 coaches)
